Kelly is running to make sure Hartwood’s voice is heard and its needs are met—now and for the future.

Having lived and worked in Stafford for much of her life, Kelly has experienced firsthand what’s working—and what’s not. From traffic gridlock and overcrowded schools to rising taxes and rezoning battles, she knows families are feeling the pressure.
